OFT-1210 - MS Project (2)

Students learn the basic to intermediate skills associated with project management software using Microsoft Project. Topics include planning a project, creating a project schedule, and communicating project information to subordinates and supervisors. Students will then learn the more intermediate skills associated with project management software. Topics include assigning project resources and costs, tracking projects and closing completed projects, as well as sharing project information. This course helps students prepare to pass the Microsoft: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project exam.
