Prerequisite: permission of the division chair
Co-requisite: ITS 2120

This course covers installing, upgrading and configuring the current Windows client, including trouble shooting, security, network connectivity and configuring and maintaining applications. For students who plan to use personal computers, this course may have specific computing requirements.
