BAD-2070 - Business Law* (3) Prerequisite: Reading and Writing Placement; or ENG-0900 and RDG-0800; or take one of the following: IRW-0900A; IRW-0900B; IRW-0900C A practical study of how the law applies to business policies, business transactions and business regulations. Students will analyze legal issues and apply laws to business matters in these core concepts: torts, contracts, property, criminal law, constitutional law, ethics, alternative dispute resolution, intellectual property, and cyber law.
