Students receive 15 hours of lesson time per semester or summer session term. Students develop their technical ability and expand their knowledge of the repertoire representing a variety of styles and forms.

CO1 - Prepare, rehearse, and perform solo horn repertory.

CO2 -Utilize proper horn techniques commensurate with student’s skill level.

CO3 -Use appropriate stylistic distinctions in solo horn repertory.

CO4 -Apply knowledge of music theory to solo horn repertory.
