MTH-0910 - Algebra Foundations* (0) Prerequisite: Appropriate math placement test score Students in this course learn pre-algebra and beginning algebra skills that, along with MTH 0993 and MTH 0994, prepare them for college level mathematics. Topics include simplifying and evaluating algebraic expressions; solving linear equations and inequalities, solving  application problems using proportions, fractions, and percents; graphing linear equations and inequalities in two variables; and writing equations of lines.
  List Course Outcomes (consistent for all sections)  CO1 - Solve application problems using fractions, ratios, rates, proportions, and percents.
