WFS-1510 - Beginning Cycling (1)

Students become familiar with basic bike anatomy, types of bikes, and how to evaluate and choose the appropriate bike. they perform basic repair and maintenance and become familiar with the vocabulary and terminology commonly associated with cycling. Students learn the rules of the road and improve their endurance and skill through practice during class activities. Students must provide their own bike and helmet.
