WFS-1520 - Intermediate Cycling (1)

Prerequisite: WFS 1510 or permission of the division chair

Students learn basic rules, skills, and strategies of road racing. They improve their cycling form and riding technique, learn about different types of road racing, and explore training programs and other components of competitive cycling through class activities and practice. Students must provide their own bike and helmet.
