This certificate program prepares students for positions as administrative assistants and administrative support personnel. Students develop the skills needed to function in today’s automated office setting and select electives appropriate to their area of specialization. The courses in this program help students to prepare to pass the Microsoft Office Specialist on Microsoft Office certification exams.  These include MOS: Microsoft Office Word, MOS: Microsoft Office Excel, MOS: Microsoft Office Power Point, and MOS: Microsoft Office Access Exam, Managing Projects with Microsoft Project and Intuit QuickBooks Certified User.

The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 20.
