The Computing Essentials Letter of Recognition is a program designed to provide students with the essential technical and skills required to prepare for entry-level employment in an information technology (IT) specialist field.
This program includes coursework that will help students to prepare for entry-level CompTIA A+ certification exam. A+ certification is recognized in the IT industry as the standard to validate understanding of the most common hardware and software technologies in business and certifies the skills necessary to support complex IT infrastructures.
This program is fully available online.
The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 6.
