The advanced accounting certificate option encourages the student to develop more complex skills than those required at the basic certificate level. The program prepares the student to function in a variety of accounting clerk/bookkeeping positions. Students are encouraged to give careful attention to the selection of electives which are consistent with their career goals. Courses in this certificate may be applied to the accounting and Business Management associate degrees.
