This course sequence introduces hospitality management and supervision within the hospitality industry. Students develop an understanding of the business environment and general hospitality elements. These courses may be applied to a Hospitality Management Certificate or an Associate’s degree in Business Management with a Concentration in Hospitality Management. The maximum number of credits accepted by transfer into this program is 6.
