The Pre-Engineering Certificate is designed for students intending to pursue engineering who do not have the prerequisite for, or do not place into, MTH-1200 - Calculus I. All the credits in the certificate apply to the Engineering, AS degree, the Electrical Engineering, ASE degree, and the Computer Engineering, ASE degree as either a required course or a prerequisite to a required course. Students may obtain both the certificate and the degree.

The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 17.
