Management Development: Marketing Certificate

This certificate option prepares students for entry-level marketing positions in private, governmental, and non-profit organizations. With experience, graduates can expect to advance to such positions as marketing specialists, assistant marketing directors, buyers, sales associate supervisors, and management trainees.

Coursework includes the development of strong written and computational skills as well as principles of marketing and management. Major areas of emphasis are decision making, planning, organizing, and communication in a business environment.

Courses in this certificate may be applied to the Management Development Associate of Applied Science degree. Cooperative education is available in this program.

This program may be completed online.

The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 22.
