This certificate prepares students for entry-level positions in the information technology field such as customer service representative, technical support representative, help desk technician, and PC support specialist. Graduates will be able to: analyze end user computing problems and determine appropriate action; communicate effectively with end users; provide support to end users of standard and customized application software; record and report information significant to the job and end user problem resolution; and identify required resources to maintain and advance technical skills as information technology changes.
