No students may register for MLT courses, other than Introduction to Clinical Laboratory Science (MLT 1012/L), until they have been admitted to the Medical Laboratory Technology program.

MLT students must achieve a “C” or better in all MLT and required general education courses. The MLT courses are designed to be completed within four consecutive college semesters and a summer session.

All incoming MLT students must meet the Essential Functions necessary for the profession. These can be located on the CSM MLT Program’s website at: http://www.csmd.edu/programs-courses/credit/academic-divisions/hea/medical-laboratory-technology/.
