This certificate option meets the requirements of new business managers working in a retail environment. Students develop competencies in general business skills and study related subjects necessary to develop a sound foundation. Upon completion of the certificate, graduates may choose to continue their studies to earn the degree in Business Management.
No prior experience in retail management is required. The credits in this program count towards completion of the Business Management AAS degree.
The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 18.
