This curriculum prepares the student for transfer into a business administration baccalaureate program to a fouryear college or university. It is a broad-based program including a sound foundation in general education, which prepares the student for specialization in business areas in the junior and senior years. Students who wish to earn a bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting should also enroll in this program. To assure maximum transferability of credits, students are urged to consult with an academic advisor early in this program of study. This program is fully available online.

The Business Administration Associate of Science program is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs. The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 45.

depending on the major selected, baccalaureate business graduates enjoy a wide range of career opportunities such as operations manager, financial analyst, certified public accountant, executive director, product manager, investment banker, public administrator, marketing representative, corporate financial analyst, management information system specialist

Transfer Options:

This program of study is part of an articulated partnership with University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Students successfully meeting the requirements of this associate’s program can transfer the necessary credits to UMUC and complete their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration through courses offered in Southern Maryland. This program also articulates to a Bachelor of Business Administration at the College of Notre Dame of Maryland as well as Capitol College. Contact an advisor for recommended course selection.
