This certificate provides students with extensive experience in oral and written communication tasks required in many fields of employment. Students who complete the program will be able to analyze communications needs, make effective oral, written, and electronic presentations, and use appropriate software applications to create a variety of texts such as reports, proposals, newsletters, press releases, and brochures.
The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 15.
