This sequence of courses aids students in preparing for leadership positions in volunteer and community service organizations or in assuming an active leadership role in the workplace. Students develop the skills needed to plan, conduct, and participate in meetings and explore aspects of small group dynamics, one-to-one communication, team building, leadership styles, conflict and stress management, and intercultural and gender communication.
The maximum number of credits accepted in transfer from other institutions to this program is 6.
