BAD-2080 - Business Law II* (3)

Prerequisite: BAD-2070 or BAD-1015
Students will analyze principles of law that affect business. Students will examine and apply laws, presenting arguments from different points of view. Topics include international law, agency law, corporations, creation of businesses, employment discrimination, consumer protection, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, cyberlaw, intellectual property law, real property and personal property law.
