BAD-1520 - Starting and Operating a Small Business (3) Students examine the legal, financial, and market planning for a new or existing business; the evaluation of an ongoing business for purchase; franchising; inventory control; and cash flow management. They prepare business plans suitable for submission to financial institutions or prospective investors.
