CJS-1050 - Legal Issues in Security (3) Students study the major legal issues in criminal and civil law impacting on the private security industry. Topics include self- incrimination, search and seizure, electronic eavesdropping, use of cameras, coerced confessions, right to counsel, illegal detention, use of deceptive devices, interrogation techniques, and professional ethical responsibilities.
