EGR-1110L - Introduction to Electrical and Computer Engineering Lab (1) Co-requisite: Take EGR-1100
In this course, students will be introduced to lab equipment and concepts within the electrical and computer engineering fields. These topics include software, test equipment, tools and safety procedures needed for completing labs on signal analysis, digital systems, embedded systems, and circuit analysis. The class includes team-based labs on relevant engineering applications.
List Course Outcomes (consistent for all sections) CO1 - Identify common circuit components in order to construct circuits.
CO2 - Apply engineering software tools in order to simulate and analyze systems.
CO3 - Utilize test equipment in order to analyze circuits.
CO4 - Work cooperatively as part of a team to design systems and communicate results.
