WFS-1745 - Introduction to Exercise Science (3) Exercise Science is the study of human movement performed to maintain or improve physical fitness. This course will provide an introduction to the multidisciplinary fields of exercise science and sports. This course will also provide an overview of fundamental concepts related to exercise science, such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports nutrition, and motor behavior.
