The cumulative GPA will be calculated for all colleges in which transfer work has been applied to the program.

No students may register for MLT courses, other than Introduction to Clinical Laboratory Science (MLT 1012/L), until they have been admitted to the Medical Laboratory Technology program.

MLT students must achieve a “C” or better in all MLT and required general education courses. The MLT courses are designed to be completed within four consecutive college semesters and a summer session.

All incoming MLT students must meet the Essential Functions necessary for the profession. These can be located on the CSM MLT Program’s website at www.csmd.edu/mlt.
