BAD-2130 - Social Entrepreneurship* (3) Prerequisite: College-level reading and writing placement or complete one of the following: IRW-0900A or IRW-0900B and BAD-1015 or BAD-1210 or BAD-1520 or permission of the chair This course introduces students to social entrepreneurship and the practice of designing innovative solutions to solve problems and drive social change. Mission-driven for-profit and non-profit ventures are explored so students develop a socially conscious business mindset in launching a viable and scalable social enterprise.
